CV

As a 60s/70s kid, I studied music at the Claude Moore Music School in Newcastle. By 1980 I was based in Sydney, and became involved in the all aspects of the Australian music industry, as performer/composer. Eventually I settled on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, and managed to raise two sons, while branching out into tuition, production and publishing.

Guitar Lix Interactive

I published “Guitar Lix Interactive” in 1998 – (was a big fan of Macromedia software at the time)- and it was soon after featured as a “Yahoo Pick of the Week”.

Maurice’s Allsorts

The Maurice’s Allsorts YouTube channel is a collection of film/documentary soundtracks I’ve written and produced as well as current miscellaneous projects, including Blunda Games – serious fun! (www.youtube.com/mdsoundtrax)

Collaborations

My many recording projects have included collaborations with Lulo Reinhardt…and closer to home, my multi-instrumentalist son, Aaron. The Gitlix Music YouTube Channel features some tracks from that period, as well as some of my other adventures throughout the 80s and 90s.
